Technically that isn't a yes no question but please don't take this seriously I am only giving you a hard time over a technicality. I am happy to provide info for any type of question. 
To answer your question the decorative item will literally brighten up your day. However the object that I have chosen isn't the decorative item. It is just used along with it.

Ok, my object; this item is can be made out of a bunch of materials, usually a combination of them, including rope, cardboard, plastic, and often, also a soft material (fleece, cotton, it depends usually).
It comes in a variety of shapes and sizes, some are very complex, and are as tall as the average adult while others can be simple and knee high.
It serves little practical purpose and is mostly for entertainment.
