Banknotes are printed (not minted) & it is really impossible for anyone online to eyeball whether your note is legitimate or a counterfeit (unless it is a really poorly produced photocopy). You (& a dealer at a LCS or show) are the only ones who can determine whether your note is a copy or “legit” by close inspection. This is the reason posting the “legit” question is really pointless (unless you have some macro close up shots of the note).
So you can inspect your note by:
#1 Checking for the watermark (described on the Numista page) which is located below the 500 in the area with no design (hold up against light or sunlight). If it matches the description on the Numista entry for that note, it is more than likely legit. If still unconvinced;
#2 Use a magnifying glass to discover/read the micro-text on the front of the note where the hand touches a tablet (design). You should see words (that make up the hand) + lines of text. The micro-text & other features of the note should not become blurry when you examine them closely with magnification. If these small details are blurry or intersect haphazardly, then it is likely a copy.
Hope that helps!
