By the way, I have one. How much does it worth?

Even just within circulating coins, this Brazil 4000 Reis is larger:

Standard circulation coins N#292368

Circulating commemorative coins  N#339592

OK, now I know many high-diameter coins.
What if I limit the scope to non-precious circulating coins? (Include Standard circulation coins and Circulating commemorative coins)

I see that circulating coins have been covered well on this thread , so I's like to mention the non-circulating coins ( as that is where the giants lie )

There are some absolutely massive bullion coins struck in the past years ( Got to get that spot in the record books , you know !) ,so I would look in the bullion /commemorative section If I wanted to find out which was the biggest machine struck coin ever struck .

In that regard - the biggest coin ever struck is a  1 tonne coin( you read that right )  struck by Australia - but that is a one of one

Befor that the record was held by Canada 's Big Maple leaf  - 5 were struck in 2007

And the biggest bullion coin that I am aware of that isn't a one of or has a mintage in the  single digits , but that is  something regularly struck , is the Australian Kangaroo coin - 1 kilo of pure gold , with a diameter of 74.5 mm and a thickness of 15.8 mm

I hope this helps you .

Wasn't that a cast coin?

Honestly , I do not know . The article  states that the coin was minted , so I assume it was struck with a machine.

Numista states it was cast which makes sense for a single mintage.

Oh , OK then . So that makes the Maple Leaf the largest struck coin ever then .

Hi. It's interesting how many collectors have and own this coin. And it's also available for exchange on our website. That member will be the first to send SWAP, so let's go.

I noticed that , too. Maybe gold for gold? I have a 5 Dollars American Gold Eagle I'd be willing to swap for it. Heck, I'd swap two for it.

I mean, if you have 100 million dollars worth of coins to swap for it, who am I to stop you?

Did you know that Pluto is still a planet in Illinois and New Mexico and has de facto recognition as a planet in Arizona?

Gotta love how several numista members have a one of its kind coin
