Institutional Accounts on Numista?

Are there any institutions using Numista to manage their collections? Any museums, libraries, archives, public galleries, or foundations?
I guess not, because they don't have much power over or better say knowledge over changes being made on coins/notes info (they own), also further more - there could be another professional obstacle with these people not acknowledging us "amateurs"...
And there is probably also the thing over data, would a museum want to put such info out?
Probably not since most of Numista content is volatile and constantly changing.
There is some evidence that the National Bank of Belgium has an account. There is a 5 Francs Belgian coin, which was minted in 1878. Mintage is only 1 (one) and (according to Numista) it is "In possession of National Bank of Belgium" (see https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces276.html ). But the percentage shown for this year is 0.5%.

That is evidence of nothing. Some folks on here like to get the double check marks so they fill in things they don't really have. Some other years on that list show .4% which means fewer people are claiming those, leaving multiples of people claiming to have that unique coin.

That's right, don't believe everything you see here.
Another example: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces69761.html. A gold coin with a mintage of only 1,000 pieces. Yet someone here on Numista claims to have it 114,946 times: https://en.numista.com/vous/vos_pieces.php?user=129557&ct=coin
These kind of accounts ruin all the statistics here on Numista.
Probably someone from Federal Reserve...

And that's a pity because I did like them very much.
Maybe the TOS of the site should be updated so as to ask users to add correct data both in the catalogue (which is already checked by referees and other users) as in their own collection as to get correct statistics.

If we have that clause master-referees can attend those users and ask them to update their data (or get kicked out X-D ).

On the other hand, the current statistics on the page (both NRI and frequency) are not heavily affected by these imaginary collectors, which is a good thing.
Just call me Bram

No new swaps for the moment, still too many half-ongoing swaps to clean up!
I am not familiar to the last atom how these statistics work, but I guess it should take into account lets say only collections of users, who had at least once logged in in the last 3 years (1000 days)?
