I wonder if you could help me to identify this apparently Byzantine coin.

I have found similar one in gold:

Is this somthing real / fake ?

hello, its fake.
fake of hexagram or solidus. link YOu shown is not similar. as you see thre is just one face, while here there are two faces,.
