As Finland won the world championship in men's ice hockey 2019 I'll share some ice hockey themed coins. Please feel free to share your ones too!

I'll start with some circulation commemorative 25c coins of silver medalist, Canada:

There are loonies dedicated to canadian NHL teams such as Montreal Canadiens, Toronto Maple Leafs and Saskatchewan Roughriders.

I did win this jersey last month in an office draw. It’s signed by Brad Marchand of the Boston Bruins!

I don't imagine there are too many Ice Hockey themed coins, and probably zero older (pre- mid 20th century ones), but this is a coin from a set of 100F coins created for the Albertville Winter Olympics in 1992:

Oh yes Ashlobo, I have one those loonies too. Actually I don't collect ice hockey themed coins but noticed that I have quite many of them.

Finns are crazy about ice hockey (pics from local medias):

​Roughriders? :8D It is a football (American football) team playing in CFL (Canadian Football League). :)

BSmith - I wasn't aware of that coin, thanks! Actually I'm surprised that Hungary commemorates Ice Hockey games that way. Is Ice Hockey common sport there?

​It's not very popular, the coin was issued because Hungary hosted the 2018 IIHF World Championship Division I Group A tournament.
