There's an E, so it's a pentanummium.

Closest one on Numista is https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces143307.html, but I doubt it's this one.
I have no experience on byzantines, I know that E means pentanummium because I have one (https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces142661.html).
Yep, thanks. In this coin is somekind of a monogram? Not a bust of ruler I think.
