Tibet 1 SHO missing year

Hello everybody,

I bought 1 Sho from Tibet. It looks like KM# 21.1a



As I can see the year is 16-3 = 1929
But this year is missing from Krause and Numista.
Any ideas? Can it be some fake? Or it is just missing year from catalog?

your is horizontal. and i read 15-53. but i am not a expert for tibet..
