2 Shilling Token

2 posts
I have a TWO SHILLING Token (UK) which I believe is identical to the one illustrated on Numista 54943 shown as iron, 15.32mm diameter, round.

https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces54943.html

My coin shows quite distinct detail - not worn.

Numista show Rarity 95 (out of a scale of 100).

Any information on this coin such as approximate date, value - I have been unable to source any other similar coins - and the purpose of it being issued, would be very much appreciated. Presumably this cannot be described as toy money?

Many thanks.
Yes, toy money. There was this topic from 6 years ago ...

Like an early version of Monopoly money, but used in card games and so on.
