It looks like an easy one to ID with all the well preserved detail but I'm drawing a blank. Hopefully someone will recognize this coin.

​The one Cycnos posted is the correct ID, this is Alexander Jagiellon not Zygmunt/Sigismund.

Would anyone care to offer an opinion as to the grade and price? Anything before 1700 is firmly outside my comfort zone.
