spot wc on America the Beautiful coins

It is a strange reaction of a rejection of the lettering for modification:

https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces24705.html

The letters JF are clearly visible on the truncation of the portrait of George Washington. Despite of that, the referee does not permit to add them in the lettering section but wrote a comment: "...the letters on obverse are JF and not JF wc!" you are wrong, see page 181 of the 2018 Red Book

What does it mean?

The photos of real coin clearly show that there are letters JF only.
The referee insists that it is wrong (!) What is wrong? The reality is wrong?
If the referee has the coin with wc together with JF as it was on the State quarter coins on any coin of this issue, then it still does not mean 'you are wrong'. It just means, that he discovered new variety, and that is all. Due to putting on the site real images of coins a contribution to science happened. Congratulations to you, the referee! To confirm it the presenting of the images with JF wc are required in the comment sector.

If it is not the case, then how is it possible to spot wc next to JF on the America the Beautiful coins, and on this very specific issue 'Chickasaw' in particular?

Compare images of this article with
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces617.html
where the observe clearly shows JF wc [don't pay attention to the rude mistake in lettering there, there are no many symbols, such as open bracket '(' or close bracket ')' on coin of course].

And the obvious question.
The attention of a referee was pointed to this article. Why after his resolution, the article still misleads the readers about the lettering of Obverse. Till now JF or anything else are absent in the article at all.

I would have thought that the designer and engravers initials would both appear on the obverse. Is there a new type with just one set of initials?

These are a bit strange remarks. Can not you check by yourself
1) in the photos of the Numista catalog?
2) in the photos of real coins everywhere apart of the Numista catalog other articles? We can not consider images from other articles of quarters 1999-, for most of them are not the images of real coins, they are just fakes
3) in the coins themselves?

When you make this homework, then your conclusions are worth to consider a bit more seriously. Just keep your time, to write a catalog requires some qualification.

Right now we have
Quarters 1999-2009 have JF wc
Quarters 2010- present have JF
The proofs of at least two articles which follow this rule are given (please kindly read attentively the first post).

The strange behavior of the referee is not explained till now, for the articles

still lie.
