Maybe maybe, but I´m not sure, too.
The tail of the eagle and the shield may differ. But the condition of the coin is not the best :-(

I think it's:
3 Pfennig from Silesia (German States) 1624 KM# 84
note the arms on the eagle breast and the tail feathers.

That page (Bohemia) says KM# 168 but not sure if correct number.
Though it does say it is for German States.
For Silesia there is KM# 84 which has three varieties, 84.1 84.2 84.3
and also there is KM# 93 then also two varieties of KM# 96 ...

Looking at the cross on top of the orb, the pictures seem KM# 84.3 is closest.
Furthermore this also has same number
and similar tail feathers ...
