Search: hints for similar words

It would be nice if, together with the result of a search, a set of similar words would appear as hint.

Here is the use case that lead me to suggest this enhancement: I was looking for a coin of "Raniero" (notably, this one: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces18442.html ). Due to a typo, I searched for "Ranieri", instead and I couldn't find the coin. I then added it, starting a process of validation. After some time, the validation team (correctly) rejected my insertion request, pointing out that the coin was already in the catalog. It would be much easier for everybody if, when I typed "Ranieri", the system could tell "maybe you could be interested in 'Raniero', too!".
