After S letter in the first picture there is like a bone or something, can not find this mark on other coins. Can someone help me?

Should I post it on french site?
It can be a 'logogram', first used by Tullius Tiro, Amanuensis, friend and secretary of the Roman statesman and orator Cicero (106-43 BC). The logograms of Tiro are named after him: ‘notae tironianae’, Tironian characters.
Perhaps you should search in that direction...

However, the templar Knights id not have money of themselves. They did transport coins of the kings.
