Argentina Un Peso KM#112 ???

A recently obtained coin seems to be Argentina Un Peso KM#112 (https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces2217.html) except it has the alu-bronze center in a BRONZE ring. Year is 2010, mintmark "E".
I got in together with the three other coins in the picture, and it looks like it has circulated a while.

Is this a trial or a forgery or ????

It looks like discolored copper-nickel to me. I don't see anything that points to a forgery.
Mintmark "E" indicates that the coin was minted in Italy.
