Wien but with a rosette as mint mark
Prag but with a sort of I , quite a different portrait, this one

And that's it. Same for Dietiker who takes the same info. And Krause.
If the mint mark is a rosette, then Wien, no problem. It is KM#1170
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces34748.html . However the coin is a bit complicated because of the varieties. I have to work on it. If you can send a better picture where the mint mark below the eagle is very clear, I'll use it to document the sheet.
If it is a hand with a hammer, then Kuttenberg, but the coin ... does not exist
