Authenticity on Philippines 1 peso 1903...

I recently purchased this lovely coin here. A bit of an impulse buy, but I couldn't resist. :love:

I was looking the coin over again, and noticed a few irregularities on the lettering. This has me a bit worried, I did purchase the coin on eBay-- no coin stores around here for miles 8.

I paid catalog value for the coin, the seller is located in Canada, with 100% feedback. Does anyone else have any thoughts on this coin?

Is it the Santiago mintmark, or is it the 1903 S? z|
