I have come across this Half Penny and am trying to find out what it is both sides are the same and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes - it is a toy (miniature) coin / token. I remember a few months ago where someone also had a UK double-sided token, with the value in a wreath. It was a higher face value, maybe one shilling (so yours is part of the same series), and will see if I can find the topic again ...

Cannot find it for now. Here are four coins that are similar in design to yours, but higher face value, like I mentioned ...

and so that 1 Penny shown in there does confirm what I suspected, that there are others in the series. Maybe just the 3 Pence then still to find.

The half penny token is Rogers #1026.  It appears that there is no listing for it on Numista.  I would make one, but I can't take a picture because I don't have this denomination.  I would encourage you to make a page for this item.
