Hello Andrew, can you provide a link or a KM# for which coin you are referring to? There are a few of us that have been working on UK decimal coinage recently and it should be all correct.

If you have a 2001 UK 2 Pence then it should be KM#987 Copper-plated Steel (magnetic)

YES THATS WHAT IT WAS I WAS LOOKING AT MY DOUBLES SEEN NO 2001 UNDER THE 2 PENCE NON MAGNETIC BUT COIN I HAVE IS MAGNETIC I DIDNT KNOW THEY MADE THEM LIKE THAT MY MISTAKE
