Coin finds

Had to share this. In my free time I volunteer at the local household distribution site for united way. While sweeping up the floor where we unload furniture i ran across what I thought was a slug , that I couldn't sweep into the dustpan. Normally I would kick it into the corner, but I picked it up and put it in my pocket with some other junk. When I got home that evening and I was emptying my pockets and glanced at the "slug" and noticed some words. I got out my magnifying headset and looked at the "slug". After much studying I came to realize it was KM # 88, 1867 3 cent piece, Type 3. While very worn and scratched on the obverse, I could make out the date very easily. Now I look for coins in every piece of furniture I move.I also put in more hours. Everybody wins.
What's the exact coin? Link us, please!

Nice find.  Even though it's super worn, it's still a pretty cool piece to own.

It has either 625 mintage or 4,000. Nice job!
