does someone maybe know if this coin

have restrikes because I bougth this coin in a xf condition almost unc
and I went to a local coin shop for authenticity and the weight is right the diameter is right and the lettering is right. He says this coin is probably real but that there maybe restrikes
they even offered me 120 € for it
there is nothing on this coin that indicates that it is fake or restrike
If someone knows anything about this coin let me know
