1/2 Qirsh 1926 Saudi Arabia - Grade?

Hi there 

Trying to estimate the grade ok this, they are known for weaker strikes so can be deceiving?

VF 20 - VF 30 at best. Weak strike yes but wear is wear and the sharp edges are gone and much of the legend and characters are well worn through circulation. Compare to past sales and the example at the top of the respective Numista page.
