With the denomination being in Mark and that zone 2 is depicted to be annexed by Denmark I would say this not was printed before march 1920.

I don't understand the text, but seeing as it is in Mark's I think it was issued before this municipality returned to Denmark … even though they seem to be feeling very Danish.
