New Lithuanian currency

This message aims at: requesting the creation or the modification of a currency or denomination in the catalogue

Please add the Ost Mark as a currency for Lithuania. It was known as the Auksinas on the stamps but only Ost Mark on the notes, which can be seen here. I've requested these three notes to be added to the catalogue.

“Since February 16, 1918 (declaration of independence) we had four types of money: 1. Russian rubles, 2 German marks, 3. Ost money (marks) and 4. our litas.”

Author was Lithuanian central bank manager from 1922 to 1929.

 

Those are cheques issued by second private deposit bank in interwar Lithuania.

https://archive.org/details/jurgutis-bankai-1940 page 295-296 got information about bank history from 1919 to 1939-40.

These notes have now been accepted into the catalogue, so it would be nice if the currency could be added soon.
