Modify data error

Hi,

Trying to referee a submission this morning, but keep getting this message when I hit “Modify data”

I ended up closing down Numista, opening up again, and back to the submission. My edits thankfully had been saved, and I was able to submit successfully this time.

 I had the same a few hours ago - that screen appeared 

every time after an edit [about six different pages]. 

Though … the actual page still had been amended, 

so just being directed to that amendment failed. 

 Not tried another since, but will see … 

when adding a new item I land in a page with no links to the new page created
