Unidentified Persian/Afghan silver [解決]

I picked up this today, it was labelled as a silver coin of Nader Shah (1736-1747) with no other information, and I've been trying to figure out a more specific identification, but can't find any coins that look like this, the (visible) text and the plain circle in that second picture don't seem to match up with anything listed for Nader Shah I can find, which makes me wonder of it could have been misidentified, and could be from a different Iranian ruler or dynasty, or possibly from another country like Afghanistan. 

The weight is 4.6g (so if it is Iranian, it's probably an abbasi), and the diameter is 17mm

That's not too different, but doesn't quite match, the weight is off by a bit, and I'm noticing some discrepancies, like the circle on the reverse being doubled on mine, but a single line on the zeno picture, and the flower arrangement on the middle-left side of that one having five dots while mine has seven, and on the obverse, the حا on mine being smaller and kind of compressed almost. Another difference that stands out is the distance between the circles and beaded circle on the reverse, which is considerably bigger.

That said, I did look at some other Qajar-period qirans and a few came closer, I'm going to pursue this further

I think I have it figured out (mostly), though things like the margins and small details in the field are still unaccounted for, I think I can safely say this is a Tabriz qiran of Nasir al-Din, since the actual text does match up pretty consistently. I don't think I can narrow it down to a specific type, not at the moment at least, but I'm considering this solved.
