Uniface Arabic token?

if anyone can assist with the identification  of this Uniface item i’d be grateful

 Cropping just the lettering then changing it 

in to a black and white drawing 

 then a translation search said it reads

‘on the authority of Hussein’ in probably Arabic. 

 Maybe it is another language, 

as a reverse translation does not look like that lettering 

 Hoping a member can read what it says on the token …

That quite definitely does not say بسلطة “on the authority of”. This says:

علي حسن

حسين

Ali Hassan

Hussein

Written in an archaic, crude, Ruq'a-like typeface (or perhaps Persian or Indian). Very recognizable as the first 3 Imams of Shi'a Islam (Ali bin Abi Taleb, Hassan bin Ali, Hussein bin Ali). If this is a token, it might be something devotional or worn as a protective charm or such.
