Is this a privately struck token ?

There is no reference made to it on NGC and the catalogue doesn't have a km number either ?

WC (and so NGC) have not all the 2012 coins in their 2013 version. You have to wait 1 year to have a reference for it!

I thought Pobjoy as they do all of the IOM stuff, but wasn't sure if it was maybe something else !

If it wasn't official, it will be forbidden, because the IRB effigy has a copyright and a private office can't reproduce it for fantasy coins.

The Pobjoy are contracted to make all of the coins on the Isle of Man stuff I know, but there are companies out there that use very similar effigies and pass them off as real, a certain mint office...  Is what I mean.

The London Mint Office is the one Mark is on about who do not make coins officially for any country but produce coins very similar to regular and rare coins with the hope of collectors buying them. They also purchase coins that have been made by the Royal Mint and re-package them and sell at ridiculous price. If any of you can remember the error 20p with no date; the above-mentioned company put out advertisements offering £50 per coin, then later offered £100. Now several years on they are now selling them at ridiculous prices (not sure how much as I can't find the advert anymore).
