All medals were produced by Franklin Mint from 1964 - 1976 in Sterling 39mm. First 50 medals 5,249 were minted and 3 were minted in platinum. From 1964 - 1967 the issue price for each medal was $6.60 and raised to $7.25 in 1968 - 1974.
