Yellowstone Token Packaging Removal

I have recently been gifted a set of coins from my grandmother who learned that I collect coins. These can be split into 3 categories. Silver,  Standard coins, and various random tokens.

I have 2 Yellowstone Tokens Of of this type: N#297798 and one type that isnt in numista yet.

Im wondering if it would be worth it to keep them in the original packaging, or to remove them from the original packaging so that I can take better photographs and upload to numista. I guess ' curious if the information gained by unwrapping them would be worth the potential loss in value. If it even has a value to begin with.

I would like to see better photos. But I am more curious about the rest of the original packing. Is there any new information to be gained from it? The mint for instance. Without pictures of it I am unsure if it can add to the value.

From what I can gather from my grandmother's memory the coins were packaged in plane clear plastic and joined together with perforations. The strip was folded back on itself like an accordion.

There is no extra information on the plastic itself most of that information would have been on the display stand which I'm having one hell of a time finding photos of.

If nothing else can be gained from the packaging the clear plastic bags containing the items will not add to the value, imo. If you cannot find the display stands then I would take them out and take better photos.

I have removed the packaging and have added photos as well as a new page for a secondary token of a similar type

Ooh! You have photos of the new ones? Were they similar to the one I uploaded here?

Oh siiiick. Are they Morgan dollar size or closer to a quarter?

Yeah nice chunky coins. I should add them to the catalog. They were in these vending machines at Old Faithful.

the backs have lots of info.

You should add them! Then we make a forum post with links to each since they are kind of hard to find. I really enjoy them

Submitted!  Fingers crossed I didn't make any mistakes.

If you guys have better Google-fu than I, please try to find “MM” as a mint for two of these medals.  I couldn't find anything.

Metalcraft Mint

Pure guesses.

@JLHare placed them under Medalcraft Mint (so close rsirian).

I see this post though, can we even be sure unless we check the back of the vending machine at Old Faithful Gift Shop?

There is always this link that helps identify mint marks.
