The seller is offering this coin as extremely rare. It is listed as zinc with a weight of 15.4gr and a diameter of 37.7mm.

 Does not look like silver, just a dull grey. 

Easy difference is original coin has a toothed border - 

not that beaded border in those pictures. 

The only thing that is definitely wrong is "ZWEI "

 Apart from which, that link is for a different coin, with FRANC IOS on it. 

Pictured coin has FRANZ JOSEPH lettering.
