Danzig 5 Pfennige 1928 the scarcest date?

Just sorting through numerous coins obtained over the last 60 years and not of my collecting field. Is this the scarcest date for the type?

Basically, yes. There are two dates, 1923 and 1928. And this is the rarest of the two. Nice coin!

I see the mintage on that link 1,000,000  versus 3,000,000 for the 1923.  still a lot minted
