In this era variations in the spelling, abbreviation and punctuation were pretty common, so we don't normally use that to split types unless the actually wording changes (for instance, when Philip's titles included REX ANG for a few years in the 1550s).

 

Two different ways of abbreviating Philippus Rex Hispaniarum, etc. / Mediolani Dux
