Good to mention that! When look further all notes I find seem to have the same type of serial numbers, so might be that they are all reprints (though not always mentioned).

According to the Bajer's catalogue of Czechoslovak banknotes, the original unissued note from 1950 should look like on the picture below, that is with a vertical serial number and orange background where the value number Is located. This would indicate that your note is a later reprint, but I admit I'm not an expert on these banknotes (and there could also be a mistake in the catalogue).
I suggest you have a look at past sales of some Czech auction houses, they might have sold this banknote and would have some additional information. You can try these for example:

Thanks for adding it. I will try to find the details of this reprint in the meantime, it would also interest me who printed it In 2003. I wonder if such replicas exist for more unissued banknotes, as there are quite a few of such patterns from early 1950s.
