Malaysia P-51/51A

Shouldn't there be a separate line for 51A. The diagonal lines in the “Malaysia” are definitely easy to distinguish. I would keep on the same page but just add a separate line.

There also shouldn't be P#123r references. Pick uses ‘r’ for remainder notes and does not list replacements separately at all. Why are they added everywhere in the catalog, it's ridiculous.

P.S. this thread should be a ticket (might need to be moved for that though).
