I think the year of emission for this coin was 1981, not 1984

What's your source? But don't just say the coin (the lettering even contains a '82) it's always nice to have some kind of document that states the actual release date.

 

P.S. to the someone who is responsible over the issuer, the silver issue needs it's own page.

Idk i just looked at the coin but you might be right about 82 i didnt see that
