Hi everyone, I look for this coin on the numista website using the size (27mm) or the shape (curved) but didn't find this design. 
I only found this coin on eBay

Yours has a slightly different decoration of the vestments worn by the  emperor, but there are many variants of this type.  The lettering to the right of Mary appears to match.

 

Added:  This example has a similar reverse ( the side with 2 figures).  The emperor's vestments have three jewels (dots) on the collar, one on the chest, and 5 at the waist, with the central one circled. https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=10496954
