Does 1998 Hong Kong 10 dollars coin exist? [解決]

As we all know, the HK $10 coin (N#1581) has 4 years, 1993, 1994, 1995 and 1996. But when I was surfing Internet, I saw a 1998 coin. It has already been authenticated by PCGS (https://www.pcgs.com.cn/cert/40892780). Some people claim it is counterfeit, while others believe it is a survivor among the batch of coins originally minted for circulation but destroyed soon.

It certainly is rare, it was sold for 4800 $.

Someone sent an email to Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) and HKMA claimed that they had never issued such a coin.

It certainly is rare, it was sold for 4800 $.

So, are the 1998 coins genuine or fake?

Er zijn niet veel foto's beschikbaar van deze munt, maar ik weet nu dat hij bestaat.
