Help me figure out what this is. [解決]

I just found this while cleaning out some of my families old stuff, anyone know what it is?

What is the weight and diameter please?

Here are your images cropped and brightened.

you can almost read the texts.

the size is about 40mm across and 2mm width, weight was 15g. hope that helps

 First picture - below exergue line last word looks like HOPE lettering. 

 Second picture - starting on left side going up, 

looks like FORTITUDE lettering. Then just below it is 

the start of a ribbon, with SOBRIETY lettering. 

The obverse is similar to this one: N#437243

But it looks like that the reverse have multiple other different designs:

Though it is connected, as there is SOBRIETY lettering at the start.

i think that is the coin from what i can tell. Thank you all for you help searching 

btw, this is medal, rather than a coin. The distinction is a coin has face value, and an issuing nation. Everything else is exonumia.

We distinguish such Exonumia in its own group of forums. don't be surprised if a mod moves your thread over there.
