Russian wedding medal?

I just got it and I think it's a Russian wedding medal - I can read it. I don't know why it's not marked as a new mintage.

Does the angel have a disease in one breast? Is it a faithful reproduction, or does it not match the original?

The size is just my fault, I just wanted to show the difference between the original and the modern coinage. The original has an angel without a mastectomy.
