Hey, I was going through my collection and found this coin from Libya: N#8806 that appears to have an obverse and reverse that don’t line up, looking to be rotated almost exactly 90 degrees. It is also in UNC condition, so that’s nice. 
Anybody have any ideas about this coin and/or it’s value? Thanks!
