Indian coin, Mughal Empire • Damra - Muhammad Akbar, correctly identified? [解決]

3 posts • 47回閲覧

This is the closest visual match that I can make in Numista and none with Google.
Possibly it is a Mughal coin, my grandfather collected in the 1920's on the Deccan Peninsula.
Can any one help? I have more to identify so would like the help of an Indian specialist.
I don't know which is the back/front? It's clipped brass abt 17mm dia and 4mm thick.
Thanks

PS Pressed a button and posted a query in the incorrect Forum so set it as solved, but its not.

Some coins are easy to identify, others more difficult
Maybe Numista members and others can help
Having fun
