Hay alguna forma sencilla de distinguir la falsa de la auténtica? 

Yo tengo una pero no sé si es auténtica.

Es como con cualquier moneda falsa, viendo las diferencias con las verdaderas. Sube fotos buenas de la tuya aquí y te daré mi opinión.
