Please modify the following signature for Burundi.

 

From Evariste Nibasumba (ENi) Vice governor to (ENi¹). It seems there is another title on the banknotes beside this one. So please add (ENi²) title 1st Vice governor and use the same picture.

What's the difference between vice governor and 1st vice governor especially if there is no signature variance?
