Identification of a Thracian coin (Ancient Greek/ roman province) [解決]

Hello, 

I have problems identifying the following coin. My only realisation is that the coin comes from the Roman province of "Thrace" or “Kings of Thrace” (Greece) and is probably from Rhoemetalkes I. 

Unfortunately, that's all I know. Maybe someone can help me.

Diameter: 15mm

Weight: 3,75g 

composition: Bronze

Legend on the 1st side (tried to read it): AΔYPANO (C)  or   AΔΓDANO (C) With the C, I'm not sure if it belongs to the person's shoulder.

Yes, that's right. Thank you very much. I had only found similar coins from Thrace, so I had been pretty sure about the region. 

Then the coin should be the following one: N#282002
