Here too an example, shown on coins -450 BC Hemiobol -ancient Greece
People have wanted their favorite animals on there since the first drafts of designs on coins, and this is an example of a useful animal and for thousands of years the technology of preserving meat by smoking.
It was this Saturday and Sunday - folk festivals since the Celts to feel the arrival of spring and a holiday called "Fashang", which includes precise masks and also entertainment and drinking, meat and preparing for fasting before "Easter".,, I follow the traditions, even though I come from a big city, so I have adapted,,
procedure: press into the casing and taste it properly, kiss the check must be pre-loaded in quick salt and sometimes spices:
and we are waiting for "Ash Wednesday" and fasting (we don't fast anymore and I have neither smell nor taste - and I don't eat) - but I pass on the traditions to my grandchildren and I believe in their continuation.
We also like animals, we live in reality and the legacy of our ancestors and most of all we have fun and we don't want to fight and we want to be happy - I have two cats and a white labrador, but they are for guarding the house and pleasure.

In short, Ivan and have a nice, stress-free day.
Your favorite animal is a sausage? I'm cool with that 😆
Several are right up there, but number one is the Bear, especially Brown Bears
I know they are fierce and wild animals, but they look so cute and huggable!
Bears are independent, strong and don't need humans, they love nature and are self sufficient (Okay they are also alpha predators that only fear humans and the occasional pack of wolves). Intelligent and sensitive animals but giving to violence and a lack of toleration of other bears and competitors.
Dont have any brown bear coins in photos, this is a polar bear on a Canadian $2 coin (Twonie), however a brown bear appears on Croatian 5 Kuna coins between 1993 and 2022.
Also because I identify as a gay bear.
Gorgeous creatures, really like overgrown dogs in their more docile state.
I love coins. Especially silver, gold and anything really old.

Thats nice.. 😬 Personally I'm not sure that Numista is the place to talk about what you identify as (No offense of course)
I’m a fan of deer, especially on coins. It’s a blessing to watch them slowly graze through a misty field early on a morning. They’ve been a focus of man starting with cave drawings to early coins and into modern coins.
My favorite animal is a fox. Does anyone know of any coins made for circulation with a fox on them???
Look at Algeria ¼ dinar 1992 km 127
and this one from the falklands N#11314 this plus the algerian ones are the only two in the catalogue that are for circulation and not from mediaeval times
