Hello, I have this coin that I believe to be from Seleucis and Pieria but I didn't find it in the numista, there is only one coin for this issuer and it is not this one. Is it necessary to register?

It's a civic issue of Antioch minted when the city put itself under the protection of the Armenian King Tigrane II.

"ANTIOXEΩN / THΣ / METΡOΠOΛEΩΣ"

Year in exergue : “AΛΣ” (231) of the Seleukid era = 82-81 BC.

This type is not on Numista. Closest one would be this later issue : N#294613 

However it would be quite inacurate to add this coin under the province of Syria as it wasn't created yet.

Nothing you did wrong.  Links to searches with pictures have a limited shelf life.  They're good for about a day then the pictures go away.
