I would call that a seriff, not a crosslet.  However, you may be looking at source material I'm not that defines it as a crosslet.

Pcgs, Red Book etc are all agreed on “crosslet” so be it.

Yeah, thought that might be the case.  Nice work again!

For coins that kind of 4 is nearly always called crosslet 4. I have seen it on uk coins as well.

Ah!  Interesting, thanks for the examples.  It's probably exclusive to 4's since they do resemble crosslets in this fashion.
