I know validation can take time, but if what you say is true(we can't see the link) then yes, that does seem like an exceptionally long time.
Which country is the coin from ? Cannot open the link you posted.
Apollonia Illirya
That link is a repeat of the first one - only you and team members can see it.
Members can not.
This is the pending page: N#330126

Which we cannot see. Looks like no referee which probably is the holdup. I just had a change from 5 Jun validated yesterday by an admin. It was just a picture change. I'm guessing the change for this coin is more involved.
Even though not yet published I assumed anyone could see it.
Greece (ancient) › Illyria › Apollonia
is where it is from.
No, this was done on purpose because people created coins deleted the request (the coinpage stays on Numista) then went around the internet with their fake-ass official Numista coin pages doing shenanigans.

That isn't an exceptionally long time. I almost always have open requests which are older than 1 month. That's completely normal. Referees even keep their position when they don't process coins for over 8 months, which means that's a silent confirmation that 8 months is still absolutely acceptable. I don't know when it starts to be not acceptable anymore. You would have to ask an admin for that.
If it's about a coin without a responsible referee, the acceptable time is probably infinity, as no one on this site has the proper knowledge and volunteered to do the work. It's unfortunate, but that's how it is then.
If “no one on this site has the proper knowledge and volunteered to do the work” than who added the existing coin from Illiria Apollonia?
For me is not imported to add coins on numistas catalog .I thoughs is on admins interest to have a bigger coin datas. Can anybody tell me if i can delete the request?
Honestly, if you message me with a photo of the catalog you referenced, I'll be willing to approve the addition.
As to who added these coins, we used to have a dedicated referee for ancient Greece. I don't know when they resigned, must have been before my time.

You know that there were referees in the past who already quit their position?
Also, you don't have to know anything to make a request to add a coin. I mean, I added almost 3000 coins and I don't even have a proper coin collection.
I made requests to like 80% of all the head-issuers (or however you call them) there are. That doesn't mean I'm qualified to be a referee for any of them.
One of the issues with requests for additions is that sometimes only a picture is added, with no other information, and no references, or changes are added without references.
Before being added to the numista catalogue, the Referee or Admin has to check the details to make sure they are correct. This can take time, especially if the Admin is not familiar with the country that the addition request is being made for.
Also, checks need to be made to make sure that the page does not already exist.
I referee banknotes of several countries, only one of which I am well enough up on to validate a note without needing to check it first, as I have collected its notes for decades. The other countries I may or may not need to check, depending on the changes being made.
Checking something, especially an unreferenced addition which is new - an obscure coin for instance, can take a considerable amount of time. Multiply that by a dozen, or a hundred, and unfortunately you get a tailback.
That's the reason I think there should be at least two referees for a country so things can get a bit faster.
Unless there are well defined boundaries for who is responsible for what and good communication, multiple refs can make things even slower.
The fastest way to get things validated is well made change request, comprehensive, with little to no errors and well sourced (weblinks, book references, in case of obscure references/items pictures etc.).

The request has been sent back for corrections..

Hmmm, so where did you get images from?

From picture sources, Numista is allowed to use? You know that there is a whole list of them on Numista?

Yes, I happen to know that, it's just that for 300> coins to find all the images from approved web-sites is quite difficult, but of course possible, sorry for my question.

Maybe it's more difficult now because I completed so many pages with images already 😁
