I am looking at entries for Reunion island franc coins, which show coinage from the era 1948-1973 as being the CFP Franc.
But the Wikipedia page about Reunion franc says it was part of the CFA franc, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/R%C3%A9union_franc
The Wikipedia page about the CFP page does not mention Reunion that I could see.
The Numista page for Reunion mentions that they use the Euro today, but does not mention that Reunion switched from a local Franc to the New Franc.
Anyone out there able to clarify? Also, I was going to post in the Catalog forum, but until I understood the issue, I didn't want to suggest that it be updated.
